Verification Coverage
What proportion of operations have been independently verified? Are verifier identities distinct from implementers?
Policy Adherence
Do operations comply with instance policy decisions? Are policy obligations satisfied before execution?
Contradiction Rate
Are there unresolved contradictions in the evidence? How many claims conflict with other claims?
Key Health
Are signing keys current and uncompromised? Has key rotation been performed according to policy?
Not Authentication
