Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ardyn platform and services provided by Ardyn Intelligence Systems INC., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Service Description
Ardyn provides a platform for autonomous intelligence infrastructure. The platform comprises Axiom (governance), Forge (control), Ardyn Runtime (execution), and ACTA (memory and evidence). Services are provided on an as-is basis with the assurance limitations described herein.
3. Evidence & Verification
The platform produces tamper-evident evidence artifacts (AEA) and operational trust profiles (ATP). Evidence is tenant-private by default. Public anchoring is optional and configured by the tenant. Evidence verification may be performed independently without trusting the producing service.
4. Service Boundaries
Not all capabilities described in platform documentation are available to all customers. Features are subject to deployment status, pilot scope, and customer enablement. The platform supports hardware attestation (Intel TDX, AMD SEV-SNP, NVIDIA CC) and trusted execution environments. Availability depends on deployment scope and customer enablement.
5. Data & Privacy
Customer data, evidence, and organizational memory are tenant-isolated. Cross-tenant data access is not permitted. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and subprocessors.
6. Limitations of Liability
The platform is provided as-is. Evidence verification proves that evidence was produced and signed as specified — it does not prove correctness of underlying actions. Ardyn Intelligence Systems INC. disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
