These terms govern access to and use of Ardyn services for enterprise and developer users of the Liability Verification Substrate for Autonomous Systems.
By accessing or using Ardyn services, you agree to these terms and any applicable order forms, pilot agreements, or enterprise contracts that supplement them.
Ardyn provides the Liability Verification Substrate for Autonomous Systems, including trust certification, attestation workflows, certificate issuance, ledger operations, and related enterprise tooling used to verify AI execution and evidence generation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, administering authorized users, and ensuring that use of the service complies with internal policy, applicable law, and contract terms.
Service consumption may be measured through SCUs or similar usage units defined by Ardyn commercial terms. Fees, billing cadence, pilot credits, overage rules, and payment obligations are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
Ardyn retains all rights in the platform, software, attestations frameworks, and related documentation except where rights are expressly granted in writing. You retain rights in your inputs, outputs, and enterprise content subject to the service mechanics required to operate the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, except as otherwise stated in a binding enterprise agreement.
Ardyn may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, nonpayment, legal necessity, or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service in accordance with your agreement, subject to outstanding payment and data handling obligations.
